Hey y'all! My name is Coach Mike Wightman and I am excited to be a part of Jackie Doucet Caffey Jr. High this upcoming school year. I attended Henderson State University, receiving my Bachelor's Degree. I am starting my 9th year of teaching/coaching, all within Alvin ISD. I will be teaching Physical Education alongside the Boys Athletic Coordinator role.

I am a husband to Brittnie and father to Michael, Skyleigh, Makinley, and Ace. Our children keep us very busy with their extracurricular activities and motivate me to be a better person, teacher, and coach!

I look forward to this upcoming year and helping our student-athletes grow academically and athletically, Go Cardinals!
