It is going to be a great year at Jackie Caffey Junior High! I am eager to get to know all of you and work together to accomplish great things. I am looking forward to another great year in Physical Education, Athletics, and Gateway. Go Cardinals!
I have been teaching 20 years, and have spent the last 13 years in Alvin ISD. I enjoy working with our students to achieve goals academically, as well as athletically.
I am a mom of three children. Our son is enlisted in the ARMY, we have a beautiful 10 year old who will attend Meridiana Elementary, and a 5 year old girl who is the life of the party.
Lady Cardinals will witness individual growth both in academic and athletic lives through the values taught in our athletic program. We will strive to support our athletes through wins, struggles and losses and to help them to see their failure not as an end, but as the beginning of a new journey. We want to exhibit and maintain a fun, positive, enthusiastic atmosphere and have all players understand what we do as a TEAM to be successful and to develop trust in one another.
